PCB CAM Service

DFM ANALYSIS/QUOTING
We read in the job and provide a customer-specific attributes summary, stack-up and other critical data needed to respond to RFQs more accurately and at reduced processing costs. These services are available on a “seat” basis, whereby we provide a dedicated individual.

CAM SERVICES
This includes generating complete job per pre-established specification including solder mask, silk screen, via plugging, gold plating, panelization, generating array, panelization per requirements. We also provide AOI, ET, LDI and any other customer/job-specific output.

CAM SOFTWARES
We harness the power of industry-leading tools such as Genesis 2000, CAM350, and U-CAM to provide top-notch CAM tooling solutions.

PCB Engineering for PCB Assembly Industry

BoM Scrubbing & Polarity Auditing

• Match components in BOM against CAD for parts and quantity

• Locate polarity sensitive components and orient them in right direction

• Rename and remove parts from BoM.

Pin-1 Position

• Identify and mark PIN-1 position of chips in CAD

Fiducial Marking

• Mark designated fiducials or identify suitable ones

Machine Programming

• Generate machine program for the PNP machines

Shop Floor Assembly Drawing

• Generate assembly drawing with PIN-1, Polarity and Fiducial markings for shop floor

Customer Communication

• Communicate with customer / sales / production for data/design/production issues
